Origin Story!
My name is Paige Montgomery, creator and owner of The Sprinkle Starship ice cream truck based in Seneca Falls, New York.
What started as a classroom joke my senior year of high school has turned into an amazing journey of owning and operating my very own ice cream truck…I have been proudly serving ice cream to the communities of the Finger Lakes region since 2018.
This dream would not have been possible without my family, friends and the support of the Seneca Falls community.

I offer scooped ice cream, novelties, milkshakes, and specialty sundaes.
Supplied with Perry's ice cream, a New York brand. We also offer dairy free, gluten free, and can make other accommodations available. There's always a wide variety of options.
Some day, I hope to make my own ice cream!
