Origin Story!
Welcome to The Sprinkle Starship. I am Paige Montgomery, creator and owner of The sprinkle Starship ice cream truck based in Seneca Falls, New York.
What started as a classroom joke my senior year of high school has turned into an amazing journey of owning and operating my very own ice cream truck…I have been proudly serving ice cream to the communities of the Finger Lakes region for over five years
This dream would not have been possible without my family, friends and the support of the Seneca Falls community.

I offer cones, novelties, milkshakes, and special sundaes. Perry's Ice cream is my supplier. I have dairy free, gluten free, and other accommodations available. There's always a wide variety of options. Some day, I hope to make my own ice cream!
